Overview
The Pilot-RC BAE Hawk 1.8m is a 1/7 scale, full-composite turbine jet designed to deliver the iconic presence and balanced flight performance of Britain's most famous trainer. Crafted with a lightweight, high-rigidity composite structure, the airframe is painted outside the mold to eliminate visible seam lines and provide an authentic scale finish. Both the two-piece main wings and the two-piece all-flying horizontal stabilisers detach easily for convenient field assembly and transportation.
Engineered for 60 to 100N turbine powerplants, this BAE Hawk combines smooth, forgiving low-speed handling with agile high-speed jet aerobatics. Depending on the selected package (Kit, Landing Gear Combo, or Turbine-Ready PNP), it includes integrated electric retracts with brakes, factory-installed gear doors, a dual-wall thrust pipe, and a complete fuel system. It is an ideal turbine platform for sport pilots stepping into scale jets as well as seasoned scale jet enthusiasts.
