The Bannsperber has been designed in 1935 by Robert Poulain as Free Flight Glider, a real racing beast at the time.
Its name is a mix of the wellknown slope, La Banne d'Ordanche, where numerous free flight contests have been organized ; and it also refers to a marvelous german glider, the Sperber Junior, from which it has been inspired.
The Bannsperber has been totally designed with 3D CAD in order to get the best assembly quality possible, multiple accessories to make the assembly easier are included in the kit (to assemble the seagull wings for example)
