The Blue Angel 60 is one of the most beautiful RC-1 models of the 70s.
Japan's T. Yoshioka and M. Kato designed the Blue Angel that was flown by Yoshioka to a World Championships win in International F3A Aerobatics, 1973.
The design features all-wood construction, mildly swept wing and tail surfaces, mechanical retractable landing gear, and is designed for a strong .60 CID glow engine. This particular set of plans appears to be the assembly plans for the Blue Angel kitted by Kato Model Aircraft and as these plans are signed by the two designers, it's safe to assume that these plans are "officially endorsed" by the two designers.
The design would be an excellent sport aerobatic aircraft and sufficient detail is shown on the plans to duplicate this attractive patternaircraft design.

Although I do my best to complete this library, you may not find the model you are looking for.
In this case, do not hesitate to ask me to add it : You're not bothering me. Please be patient, depending on my workload, I may take a few days to work on your model and gather information.
I'm sometime asked to add a non flying model to this library but unfortunately, it's not the focus of this website
