Ares XL was developed based on the successful Ares Indoor platform, originally created in cooperation with Krill Aircraft and Jack Jehle. With the XL version, we pushed the concept even further – resulting in a larger outdoor model with a fully airfoiled wing that delivers an entirely new flying experience and characteristics much closer to real large-scale fighter aircraft.
Designed specifically for outdoor flying, the airfoiled wing provides significantly improved flight characteristics compared to the indoor version. The aircraft feels exceptionally stable, precise, and predictable in all conditions. The wing profile adds confidence in turns, improved energy retention during fast passes, and an overall more mature and realistic flight behavior.
One of the things that impressed us the most during development was the incredible wind resistance. Ares XL remains calm and precise even in conditions where typical EPP models start losing stability. In the air, it feels smooth, confident, and highly realistic — behaving much more like a larger composite fighter aircraft than a traditional foam model.
The construction combines low weight with high strength and durability. The EPP material offers excellent crash resistance and easy repairability, even after harder landings or minor impacts. At the same time, the model remains agile and dynamic while preserving a stable and accurate flying feel.
Ares XL is the result of extensive development with one clear goal — to create a durable, precise, and exceptionally capable EPP aircraft that delivers the feeling of flying a large fighter jet in a compact and practical form.

Although I do my best to complete this library, you may not find the model you are looking for.
In this case, do not hesitate to ask me to add it : You're not bothering me. Please be patient, depending on my workload, I may take a few days to work on your model and gather information.
I'm sometime asked to add a non flying model to this library but unfortunately, it's not the focus of this website
Ask for a new model
