The new T-Rex 700X is specially designed for aficionados of extreme 3D flight. The new chassis architecture makes it narrower but more resistant to deformation, optimizing the helicopter's torque master for the benefit of glide ratio and flight time. This unique "Split Type" chassis is based on a new landing gear and is designed around composite side plates, reinforcing the entire structure. This new geometry also improves accessibility and facilitates maintenance of the helicopter. The T-Rex 700X is 400g lighter than its predecessor. Less weight means more flying time and less inertia. The new 700EFL rotor head abandons DFC technology and contributes to a lower center of gravity: optimized drag, excellent responsiveness and unrivalled precision.
The T-Rex 700X is equipped with the new 850MX engine. High power and efficiency. Present on all international competition stages. The new CNC aluminum motor plate contributes significantly to heat dissipation, lowering the motor's operating temperature by up to 20°C. The new RCE-BL130A controller (32-bit processor / HQ MOSFET) is fully configurable, offering very high power and a highly efficient governor function. The output voltage of its BEC circuit (10A) is adjustable from 5 to 8V in steps of 0.1V. The new DS820M and DS825M high-voltage brushless servos are included in the kit. Fast, torquey and equipped with CNC-machined aluminum housings for optimum cooling. We'll also note the presence of a new tail tube, combining carbon fiber and aluminum to increase rigidity.
