The FliteZone Hughes MD500 Helicopter impresses with its particularly stable flight behavior. It has an attractive color scheme which also ensures good visibility in flight. With its powerful brushless motors, impressive 320mm rotor blade diameter, collective pitch control and 228g flight weight, it is also well suited for flying outdoors.
Unpack and fly! The Hughes MD500 clearly benefits from the rapid development of drone technology. Functions such as auto take-off and auto landing at the touch of a button are just as possible as stable hovering flight if you simply put the transmitter out of your hand - fantastic! Whether beginner, advanced or professional: the Hughes MD500 is easy to fly and a lot of fun.
Interesting to know: The man-carrying original MD500 helicopter was originally designed by Hughes for military reconnaissance flights and has been in series production since 1976. The MD500 belongs to the category of light multi-purpose helicopters and can carry up to 4 passengers. Due to its relatively low operating costs, the MD500 is nowadays often used for shuttle and sightseeing flights.
