The model is on a scale of 1.4.5, which results in a wingspan of 3.3 meters. The design specification for the "small" ASW was to transfer the flight characteristics of larger semi-scale models to the 3-meter class. This should enable the most dynamic flying possible with good thermal properties and full flight attitude, even with torn thermals or unsteady winds. Due to the low pressure point migration of the profile and an increase in the central line curvature up to the wing tip, the small ASW is particularly good-natured to fly. The decision to equip the model with a pendulum elevator contributes significantly to the unproblematic handling and simplifies the setting (no fixed EWD) and flight operations.
Its strength is the unsurpassed all-round properties: Outstanding thermal performance as a glider and with low take-off weights of up to 3.2 kg. paired with absolutely uncritical flight characteristics without any tendency to tear off. Good dynamics and problem-free handling when flying on slopes. Due to the structural strength, aerobatics are also possible. Due to its compact dimensions, it is the ideal model for small slopes and can be dismantled, for example in a transport backpack, and transported to remote launch sites.
A proven and modified Ritz 3 was chosen as the root profile. Towards the outer wing, due to the decreasing Re number, the camber was increased and the profile thickness reduced. This resulted in a universal wing that can offer very good performance parameters in all areas of application. In addition, great attention was paid to good-natured stall behavior and balanced handling.
We are now offering the model for the first time with 4-flap wings, i.e. with flaps (extra charge). The flaps/butterfly function enables extremely steep landing approaches with the 24, so the model can achieve perfect "point landings" even in extreme situations. In 95% of all landing situations, the brake flaps are completely sufficient, but anyone who has to hit the "stone-free zone" in alpine terrain with a strong tail wind will be enthusiastic about the butterfly brake. This is where the exceptionally good slow flight characteristics of the 24 come into their own, with no nasty surprises! A pleasant side effect is the extreme roll rate due to the addition of the WK to the aileron, which allows the ASW to be extremely shooed around corners.

Although I do my best to complete this library, you may not find the model you are looking for.
In this case, do not hesitate to ask me to add it : You're not bothering me. Please be patient, depending on my workload, I may take a few days to work on your model and gather information.
I'm sometime asked to add a non flying model to this library but unfortunately, it's not the focus of this website
