The original design of the Bow dates back to 2014. The aim of the development was to create a board with the simplest possible design and high lift for dynamic flight behavior on flat slopes. Since 2019, numerous prototypes of the XBow (crossbow) have been built and tested in all conditions. At the beginning of 2020, all the experience gained was finally incorporated into the XBow², which was developed from scratch.

The wing and tail unit are built to be absolutely suitable for everyday use. The hull-less design requires weight in the leading edge anyway, so we can install sensible reinforcements here without weight disadvantages. The leading edge and D-box are hard enough to survive “tree landings” in most cases without damage.
The force transmission to the stabilizer is additionally reinforced so that the stabilizer becomes a predetermined breaking point in the event of wild crashes.
Sealing lips are not molded on for weight reasons.  Tesa sealing lips (as usual with F3K) can be fitted as an option.
